Athletic Brewing Company, America’s largest-dedicated non-alcoholic brewer, is stepping up its UK presence with the roll out of Free Wave Hazy IPA.
Free Wave is a smooth, hazy ale with a juicy body and velvety pour. Brewed with a trio of Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops, it delivers bright aromatics of tangerine and grapefruit, offering plenty of flavour sans alcohol. We’ve taste-tested the brew and reckon it’s a winner.
Free Wave Hazy IPA joins the brand’s year-round range of beers, which includes Run Wild IPA, Upside Dawn Golden, and Athletic Alcohol-Free Lager.

Athletic Brewing developed its approach to alcohol-free beer through hundreds of small-batch trials.
A proprietary process maintains full flavour while keeping alcohol levels extremely low. Athletic emphasises that its beers are brewed like traditional craft beer, not simply dealcoholised after fermentation.
The result is an alcohol-free beverage with the body, aroma, and flavour of full-strength beer.
Free Wave Hazy IPA is available for £8.49 per 4-pack from Whole Foods Market and via Wise Bartender.
