Pro-Ject Audio Systems has announced another hard-rocking addition to its Artist Collection of vinyl turntables. Designed to honour one of the loudest, most iconic bands in rock history, the Pro-Ject AC/DC turntable is not just a flashy tribute, it’s a well-specified disc-spinner, with genuine high fidelity DNA.
The plinth is a striking 28mm slab of MDF, chosen for its rigidity and vibration-damping properties.
Sitting atop this is a 10mm thick red glass platter, a deliberate choice not just for aesthetics but for its mass and resonance control. Combined with a precision acrylic sub-platter (lit from beneath by glowing red LEDs), the system delivers smooth, speed-stable playback that promises to keep everything from ‘Let There Be Rock’ to ‘Hells Bells’ sounding exactly as Angus Young intended.

The tonearm is a statement piece in its own right; a specially designed 8.6-inch acrylic arm, which isn’t just lightweight and low-resonance, but visually evokes AC/DC’s famous lightning bolt.
Fitted to the arm is a factory-installed Ortofon 2M Red moving magnet cartridge, widely praised for its dynamic performance and detail retrieval. Straight out of the box, this setup is ready to do justice to every riff, snarl, and cannon blast from your favourite records.
The precision belt drive connects to a motor chosen for its stability and low noise floor, ensuring steady rotation whether you’re spinning your original pressing of ‘Highway to Hell’, or the latest 180g remaster.
Gold-plated RCA outputs and a semi-symmetrical phono cable complete the package, providing a clean, interference-free signal path to your amplifier. Whether you’re running a dedicated phono stage or a high-end integrated amp, the AC/DC Turntable is ready to slot into serious analogue setups.
Marshall’s latest on-ear headphones, the Milton A.N.C., will keep you rocking for days, offering 50 hours of playtime with active noise cancelling engaged, and a remarkable 80 hours without. Clearly designed for life on the road, their durable, foldable design holds its shape no matter how it’s packed, while memory foam ear cushions ensure comfort…
