Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey has unveiled Revive Live, a nationwide campaign to support the UK’s independent music ecosystem, from grassroots venues and emerging artists to vinyl culture and local record shops.
In partnership with Music Venue Trust, Metropolis Studios and Record Store Day, the initiative will run into 2026, bringing live music back to smaller stages at a time when nearly a quarter of grassroots venues are reported to be at risk of closure.
Working with Music Venue Trust, Jack Daniel’s will fund a grassroots tour circuit, not just in major cities, but in towns that have gradually disappeared from booking schedules. Artists already involved in Revive Live include The Hunna, Fickle Friends, and The Snuts, who will perform an exclusive show in Newcastle in support of Music Venue Trust’s Liveline Fund.
Rebecca Walker, Head of Live at Music Venue Trust, says the partnership will “help bring live music back to communities that have been missing out for far too long.”

Live to Vinyl at Metropolis Studios
The cultural heart of Revive Live will be Metropolis Studios in London, where Jack Daniel’s and the studio team are reviving the rare craft of Live to Vinyl recording. A limited number of fans will be invited to witness performances cut directly to lacquer in real time, no overdubs, no retakes.
Confirmed Live to Vinyl sessions include Kokoroko (November 15 2025), Nilüfer Yanya (December 6 2025) and The Snuts (Date TBC).
Just 40 places will be available per session, offering fans an unusually intimate experience – studio access, a Q&A with the artists, a bonus performance, and (naturally) a Jack Daniel’s cocktail in the studio bar, plus a limited-edition vinyl copy sent to their home afterwards.
Metropolis Studios Partnerships Director Gavin Newman says the collaboration “preserves the rare art of translating music into physical product” at a time when vinyl culture is enjoying a fresh surge of interest.
Record Store Day 2026 exclusives
Revive Live will culminate with support for Record Store Day on April 18 2026, uniting more than 280 independent record shops across the UK. Jack Daniel’s and Metropolis will release special RSD hero vinyl editions pressed from the Live to Vinyl sessions, giving fans a chance to own a physical momento from the campaign.
Eduardo Toledo, Head of Jack Daniel’s UK, says the project reflects the brand’s “independent spirit”, adding: “Revive Live is our way of keeping live music alive where it matters most, on stage, in the studio and behind the counter of a record shop.”
