Loewe Technology and Jacob & Co. have launched a pair of bespoke limited-edition headphones that blend high jewellery with high fidelity. The OTT over-ears made their debut at an exclusive yacht party in Monaco.
Only ten pairs of the haute joaillerie headphones will be produced, split evenly between two designs: Noir Rainbow, encircled with 15.97 carats of multicolour sapphires, and Ice Diamond, set with 12.47 carats of white diamonds. The models are priced at €99,000 and €119,000 respectively.
Aslan Khabliev, Loewe CEO, heralded the new headphones as the finest in the world, declaring of the partnership with Jacob & Co. : “Our collaboration is unique and exclusive, bringing together two worlds that, at their core, serve the same discerning clientele.”

Onboard the yacht party
The unveiling was staged aboard the newly commissioned Loewe Yacht, the Tankoa T55 Sportiva – a 55-metre superyacht built in Genoa by Tankoa Yachts and designed by Francesco Paszkowski. It proved a fitting stage for a product designed to blur the line between performance engineering and aesthetic indulgence.
The Luxe Review was on hand for an early first listen of these new headphones, sandwiched between champagne and caviar-crowned canapes – luxury audio at its most literal.
Significantly, I can confirm there’s substance behind the grand style. These wireless cans are astonishingly dynamic, offering highs that are diamond sharp (appropriate) and bass beats that are definitive and dramatic. I ran through a variety of genres, from classic jazz to club anthems, and they handled everything with the same level of finesse.
Both the Noir Rainbow and Ice Diamond models are built around the same tech core, with adaptive active noise cancellation, AI-assisted translation, voice assistant integration, plus enough stamina for 65 hours of playback. The specs are impressive.
Mbappé attends Loewe and Jacob & Co headphones launch
The glamour of the event was amplified by the arrival of French football superstar Kylian Mbappé, who has become a strategic investor in Loewe Technology. Mbappé holds more than 10 per cent through his firm, Coalition Capital.
Mbappé donned the headphones and nodded his approval. Loewe is using Mbappé’s international profile to expand beyond its European base, especially into younger markets in Asia and North America.
To emphasise their credentials, Loewe organised a blind listening comparison between its new crown jewels and five other high-end rivals. The score sheet at the end of the evening decidedly favoured the Loewe newcomer.
While only ten pairs of the Loewe Technology Jacob & Co headphones will be available globally, Loewe is planning to launch a core model, sans diamonds and sapphires, but retaining the premium construction, later this year.
