Here you’ll discover the Louis XIII Rare Cask 43.8, a rare expression bottled as a special edition, sitting alongside a Rare Cask 42.6, noted for its richness and intensity (imagine plum and date, mingling with flavours of gingerbread and prune, punctuated by a final touch of tobacco leaf).

For true indulgence, these Rare Cask expressions can also be accompanied by bespoke canapé pairings from the Dorchester kitchens, spearheaded by Culinary Director Martyn Nail.
