This awareness enables seamless automation of lighting and ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace experience. Moreover, the Smart Pods boast an adaptive airflow system that refreshes the air every 60 seconds, alongside intelligent lighting that mimics natural daylight.
One of the standout features of the new Smart Pods is their patent-pending acoustic structure, tuned to the frequency of human speech, which delivers top notch soundproofing.
Additionally, the pods feature the Framery Office Sound Masking System, an embedded sound masking technology that reduces speech intelligibility and minimises noise distractions outside the pods, further enhancing privacy and concentration.
The Smart Pod range includes the Framery One Compact, designed as a smart one-person phone booth, the Framery One workstation optimised for a single user, the Framery Four meeting pod accommodating up to four people, and the Framery Six, a larger meeting room catering to groups of up to six individuals.
Each pod is equipped with a built-in 4G connection, enabling automatic upgrades and over-the-air software updates.
Framery Smart Pods: First Impressions
The Luxe Review was invited for an early look at these new work spaces, at Framery’s London showroom. We were impressed by their quality of construction and material, which is peerless, and the range of customisation options available.
The pods are delivered in a kind-of flat pack, and can be assembled on site. What’s immediately striking is the effective soundproofing. When you’re sitting inside, you feel suitably isolated from any outside hubbub. Likewise, those on the outside are not privy to any of the conversations taking place inside the Pod.
We think these next-gen Pods are a step up from the huddle spaces we’ve seen in office environments, and provide an innovative work from home solution for those looking for an alternative to the usual home office.
Customizability is a key aspect of the Smart Pods, with up to 3,000 different colour combinations to choice from. Matching them to interior design should be no problem. The pods feature a modular, durable design with replaceable elements, ensuring longevity and adaptability to evolving needs.
