Star Wars: The Mandalorian will return to Disney+ March 1. The eagerly awaited third season stars Pedro Pascal, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Emily Swallow and Giancarlo Esposito.
Created by Jon Favreau, Lucasfilm’s Star Wars universe spin-off has been a runaway success for the streamer. Set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order, it follows the journey of a lone Mandalorian warrior, Din Djarin (played by a helmet-hidden Pedro Pascal), as he tries to protect Grogu (aka Baby Yoda, aka The Child) from various nefarious factions across the Empire.
The series takes place some five years after the events in Return of the Jedi and 25 years before The Force Awakens.
