For something sweet, guests can conclude with the Tiger tangerine chalice, grand citrus jelly, or hot stone mango, amongst others.

Meanwhile, Saicho’s new sparkling tea – fast becoming one of our favourite alternatives to alcohol – pays homage to the legendary myth of the Eight Immortals, revered in Chinese art and literature spanning back to the Ming dynasty.
