Meanwhile, Saicho’s new sparkling tea – fast becoming one of our favourite alternatives to alcohol – pays homage to the legendary myth of the Eight Immortals, revered in Chinese art and literature spanning back to the Ming dynasty. Designed to be served in a champagne glass and enjoyed chilled, this rare tea boasts aromas of nectarine, ginger, sweet baking spices, and confit peach – and most importantly, will provide the perfect way to toast the Lunar New Year.

What’s particularly exciting about this exclusive offer is that after dinner, guests will be able to simply retreat to their room to relax, with an overnight stay in one of The Gantry’s luxurious rooms coming totally complimentary – based on a minimum dinner spend of £64.50 per person, for two people. The hotel itself offers 5-star rated rooms usually priced upwards of £125, which are renowned for their stunning views and impressive contemporary design.
