Briston watches partner La Transat AG2R La Mondiale 2021 ocean race

Sports watch brand Briston is supporting the upcoming la Transat AG2R La Mondiale 2021 ocean race, partnering with this year’s Figaro Bénéteau 3 racing boat.

The Transat AG2R La Mondiale is the only double-handed transat where sailors compete in identical one-design boats. The 3,870 mile open ocean race begins May 9 2021, sailing from Concarneau on the French Brittany coast, finishing in Saint Barts in the West Indies.

The Figaro Bénéteau 3 is the successor to the long serving Figaro Bénéteau 2, faster and better equipped. Sailors expect to face extreme conditions in this endurance challenge.

To mark the sponsorship, competitors-to-watch skippers Nicolas Bertho and Romuald Poirat will be wearing Briston Clubmaster Diver Pro diving watches.
