Bang & Olufsen Atelier invites you to design your own high-end Hi-Fi

Atelier Limited Edition Beosound 2 Gradient Collection

If you’ve ever longed for a beautiful, bespoke audio system, finished exactly as you envisage, then Bang & Olufsen is ready to oblige.

The high-end marque has launched Atelier, a new division which allows you to craft custom-made products with its master artisans in Struer, Denmark.

Launched in response to growing interest in customisation and bespoke projects, the initiative, we’re told, will offer a unique opportunity for personal expression through one-of-a-kind creations and an array of options.

“A customer who commissions a custom or bespoke Bang & Olufsen product creates not just a set of speakers, but an extension of their personality and style,” says Bang & Olufsen CEO Kristian Teär.

The initiative will offer a unique opportunity for personal expression through one-of-a-kind creations and an array of options…

Create your own custom Bang & Olufsen audio system

The Atelier platform comprises Atelier Bespoke, Atelier Catalogue, and Atelier Editions.

Atelier Bespoke allows buyers to work directly with an Atelier artisan, to create a custom product incorporating materials or specific colours for a one-off creation.

Alternatively, the Atelier Catalogue contains over 500,000 possible combinations of fabric, wood and aluminium finishes. You just need to peruse and then choose.

Finally Atelier Editions offers limited editions of iconic Bang & Olufsen products.

To mark the Atelier launch, and show just what is possible, Bang & Olufsen has unveiled the Atelier Limited Edition Beosound 2 Gradient Collection, featuring 10 different gradient combinations, said to be inspired by emotions shaped through sound. Each colour gradient is limited to 10 engraved and numbered pieces.

Their unique finish is achieved thanks to Bang & Olufsen’s aluminium expertise, in its revered Factory 5 in Struer, Denmark. We’ve been there, and can confirm it’s mind-blowing what they can produce.

The full Atelier experience is available at select Bang & Olufsen stores.
