The pop-up presents a creatively crafted menu centred around Courvoisier’s VSOP Cognac. The aromatic expression serves as the foundation for three enticing cocktails:
L’Hiver en Rose is a delicate blend of Courvoisier VSOP, Amaro liqueur, hibiscus, cherry, and Rosé champagne, floral and effervescent.
French 125 is the French 75 with a seasonal twist, mixing Courvoisier VSOP, lemon, toasted pumpkin, and champagne.
Finally, Manila Kiss is a rich and complex concoction featuring Courvoisier VSOP, banana-infused Appleton Estate rum, Cacao Blanc liqueur, and vanilla, topped with hazelnut caviar for an indulgent finish.
Complementing the drinks menu is a curated selection of small plates designed to enhance the tasting experience. Highlights include Cornish crab and crème fraîche canapés, Beef carpaccio with chimichurri and aged parmesan, Mushroom and truffle croquettes and a selection of British cheeses served with preserves and artisan crackers
The Courvoisier pop-up is open until April 6, 2025. Cocktails are priced from £20. Courvoisier VSOP is available from The Whisky Exchange, priced £45.
