The UK’s only black-tie music and arts festival returns to the scenic riverside at Henley-on-Thames, July 9 to July 13, 2025. Henley Festival promises five memorable days of entertainment, art, and foodie treats.

From its iconic Floating Stage, where legends like Elton John, Gladys Knight, and Nile Rodgers have performed, to its breath-taking firework displays that light up the summer nights, Henley Festival has been attracting avid audiences for over four decades, offering a one-of-a-kind cultural experience on the banks of the River Thames.

Henley Festival has been attracting avid audiences for over four decades…

A unique black-tie festival experience

While the much-anticipated 2025 line-up will be revealed in January, expect a mix of genres, including pop, world, classical, folk, and jazz. The Floating Stage will again host an eclectic mix of global stars and rising talent, while intimate spaces like the Spiegel and Bedouin Tents will showcase jazz, cabaret, and world music.

For comedy lovers, expect performances from some of the UK’s top talent. Previous years have seen names like Sara Pascoe, Joel Dommett, and Al Murray grace the stage.

Art enthusiasts will also be spoiled for choice with innovative installations, sculptures, and galleries that transform the Festival grounds into an open-air exhibition.

On Sunday, July 13, the Festival transforms into Playdate, an inclusive day for families with interactive performances, creative workshops, and live concerts designed to inspire young imaginations.

For foodies, Henley Festival is a culinary haven. From gourmet street food to fine dining experiences created by Michelin-starred chefs, the festival is as much about tantalising the taste buds as it is about captivating the senses.

Each evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display.

Henley Festival supports the next generation of talent through its RISE programme. This initiative provides a platform for emerging musicians, visual artists, and young professionals behind the scenes, cementing the Festival’s reputation as a launchpad for creativity.

Tickets for Henley Festival 2025 will go on sale soon, so watch this space.
