A consistent winner in international spirits competitions, including a Gold Medal at the 2023 Global Brandy Masters, Bardinet is perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or as the base for festive cocktails.
Priced at £21.50 and bottled at 36% ABV, the special-edition 1-litre bottle features eye-catching gold and red patterns inspired by the festivities.

Festive Brandy cocktail recipes
Champagne Mule
A sparkling and sophisticated start to any gathering, this pre-dinner Aperitif teases the palate with Bardinet’s warmth and effervescence from sparkling wine.
Ingredients:
30ml Bardinet VSOP
100ml Brut Champagne or Sparkling Wine
15ml Stem Ginger Syrup
Fresh Lime
Dash of Aromatic Bitters (optional)
Method:
Pre-chill all ingredients. In a flute or coupe, combine Bardinet VSOP, stem ginger syrup, and juice from ¼ lime. Add a dash of aromatic bitters (optional). Top with Champagne or sparkling wine, and garnish with stem ginger.
Bardinet Sangaree
Luxuriously smooth, this post-dinner digestif pairs Bardinet VSOP with the velvety depth of Tawny Port, crowned with nutmeg.
Ingredients:
50ml Bardinet VSOP
25ml Tawny Port
Freshly grated Nutmeg
Method:
In a mixing glass, stir Bardinet and Port over ice. Strain into a Port or Sherry goblet. Grate nutmeg on top for garnish.
Boxing Day Punch

2 tsp Damson Plum Conserve (e.g., Bonne Maman)
