Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, £42.50
Aged in American and European oak casks, this golden expression is described as fresh and fruity, with distinct pear notes. On the palate it’s sweet and mellow, with hints of butterscotch and oak.
Born of the Solera Vat process, this dram is a product of sherry, new oak, and bourbon casks, giving it a golden hue with a hint of red. On the nose it’s complex and aromatic, with heather honey, vanilla fudge, and rich dark fruits. Luxuriously smooth, expect layers of spice, sherry sweetness, and a lingering finish.
Aged in a combination of Spanish Oloroso and American oak casks, for additional depth and complexity, this expression is dark gold, with aromatic orchard fruits, baked apple, and robust oak on the nose. The palate is said to be full-bodied with dried fruit, toffee, with warming spice.
The Gift for Blossoming Futures collection is available at Glenfiddich.com and across most major UK retailers while stocks last.
