Recently, La Rustichella teamed up with Omina Wines to curate an unforgettable dining experience at the Roast restaurant in Borough Market, and The Luxe Review was there. The five-course meal showcased La Rustichella’s decadent truffle products paired with exquisite wines from Omina Romana winery, and there were surprises aplenty.
From homemade bread with truffle-infused butter to pan-seared scallops with truffle butter sauce, each dish showcased the versatility of truffles in haute cuisine.
