When it comes to fusing high style with Hi-Fi, British audio specialist Ruark Audio is the definitive trend-setter. Time and again, the brand’s all-in-one music systems are testament to the allure of timeless design and superior audio quality.

It’s a trend that continues with the new R410 , an all-in-one system that pays homage to the aesthetics of the Seventies, while offering the functionality users expect of modern audio.

Taking a style lead from Ruark’s R5 MiE system, the R410 is at home streaming hits as it is partnering a classic vinyl collection.

From Spotify Connect to Tidal Connect, Apple Airplay 2 to Chromecast built-in, it offers an intuitive interface, controlled by the brand’s iconic RotoDial controller or smartphone apps.

A high-resolution 4-inch TFT colour screen illustrates your content choice, its portrait orientation mirroring the familiarity of smartphone use.

Relatively compact at 133 x 560 x 290mm (h/w/d), the distinctive wooden enclosure houses 2 x 20mm silk dome tweeters and 2 x 100mm long throw NS+ bass mid units, augmented by Dual bass reflex enclosures.

Connectivity is versatile. There’s an HDMI eARC connection, to handle TV audio, aptX HD Bluetooth connectivity, a turntable phono input, and a digital optical audio input. It will also play from a UPnP media server.

Additional niceties include DAB/DAB+/FM and Internet radio, with high resolution file support up to 24-bit 192kHz.

The driving force is 120W of cool running Class D digital amplification.

Ruark Audio has a reputation for pushing the bar when it comes to design, and the new R410 doesn’t disappoint.

The hand-crafted grille, precision-formed components, and sustainable eco-wood construction combine to create an aesthetic as harmonious as it is musical.

The TLR verdict: the Ruark Audio R410 is tailor-made for music lovers who appreciate elevated design and demand leading-edge technology. Whether you’re a lover of vinyl warmth or a connoisseur of streaming, the R410 bridges the generation gap with style.
