Why WFH when you can work from paradise? Maldives resort offers luxury workation package

Maldives resort The Nautilus is upgrading the concept of remote working, with a workstation sandbank experience for those looking to justify an escape to the sun. For those that need to put in a few hours, it’s offering a personal desk, shaded sun canopy and portable high speed Wi-Fi unit to stay in touch.

We’re told that standard office amenities will also include a dedicated personal assistant, office hardware (scanner, fax, printer, full computer set-up) and comfy chair, not to mention continuous refreshments throughout the day.

Other island attractions include a daily ‘anywhere anytime’ gastro experience and full butler service…

Your next office view? The Naiboli pool bar…

There’s even a VIP welcome at the airport. No faffing around with immigration, you’re whisked by limo to your seaplane for a seamless transfer to the newly reopened Baa Atoll complex.

And this is on top of standard island attractions, including a daily ‘anywhere anytime’ gastro experience, sunset cocktails and deli-snacks at the Naiboli pool bar, not to mention full butler service.

TBH we’d put the Out of Office on pretty sharpish…

The exotic workstation is just one of several attractions on offer from The Nautilus. When you’re not checking your email, there’s a ‘Cinema Under the Stars’ experience with a BBQ dinner, Solasta Spa journey, guided house reef snorkelling tour and a private sunset dolphin cruise on one of resort’s luxury yachts – and yes, there’ll be Wi-Fi onboard if you really need it.

Frankly, if you’re looking for a change of office scenery, there are worse options. Prices start at $23,250 for 7 nights.
