Sennheiser has expanded its True Wireless line-up with the CX 400BT earphones, which feature technology trickled down from its premium Momentum line. Reflecting the brand’s ‘sound first’ ethos, they use the same 7mm dynamic drivers employed by its Momentum True Wireless 2 ‘phones introduced earlier this year.
Intended for everyday use, the new earphones boast a 7-hour battery life, that can be extended to up to 20 hours using the supplied charging case. Bluetooth is of the 5.1 persuasion. Codec support covers SBC, AAC and aptX.
Those 7mm drivers promise a clear listening experience, from low bass to high treble, but performance can be tailored to your personal preference via the Sennheiser Smart Control app and its built-in equaliser.
