Dubai’s reputation as an international dining destination continues to grow, with Atlantis Dubai retaining six Michelin stars across four restaurants in the 2026 Michelin Guide Dubai, alongside two individual awards and a new restaurant entry.
The results were announced at the fifth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai ceremony. They reaffirm the breadth of the culinary offering across Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, where visitors can move from ambitious contemporary tasting menus to established international dining names without leaving the resort destination.
The headline recognition belongs to FZN by Björn Frantzén, which has retained its three Michelin stars. Opened at Atlantis, The Palm in November 2024, the restaurant continues to place Dubai on the map for destination dining.
Its recognition also preserves Björn Frantzén’s distinction as the only chef in the world currently to hold three Michelin stars at three separate restaurants simultaneously.

Dubai strengthens culinary credentials
Three other restaurants retained their one-star status in the 2026 guide. Ossiano, known for its seafood-led cooking and underwater-inspired setting, remains among the destination’s Michelin-starred addresses.
Hakkasan Dubai continues to bring its contemporary Chinese cuisine to the resort, while Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Dubai retains its star for a menu inspired by historic British gastronomy.
There was also recognition for the people shaping the next chapter of Dubai’s restaurant scene. Remy Marquignon, executive chef at Ossiano, received the Michelin Guide Young Chef Award. He took charge of the restaurant late last year, and the accolade marks a significant early milestone in his tenure.

Its inclusion adds another recognised name to Atlantis Dubai’s already substantial dining line-up.
Five further restaurants across the two resorts retained their mentions in the guide. At Atlantis, The Palm, these include Nobu Dubai and Brasserie Frantzén. At Atlantis The Royal, the recognised venues are Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, estiatorio Milos and La Mar by Gastón Acurio.
