Galeon Yachts has returned to BOOT Düsseldorf, the world’s largest indoor boat and watersports show, with five head-turning models that span the brand’s core flybridge and motor yacht ranges.
Leading them, the Galeon 560 FLY, here sporting a fresh interior design that reflects contemporary yacht living.
The appearance follows a strong year for the Polish yard, with the 560 FLY recently earning a ‘Highly Commended’ distinction at the 2025 Motor Boat Awards in the Best Flybridges up to 60 ft category.
For BOOT Düsseldorf, the 560 FLY is presented in the Ocean version of Galeon’s Mediterranean interior style…
An established yacht with new interior design
At just under 18 metres in length, the Galeon 560 FLY balances generous onboard volume with proportions that remain manageable for owner-operators and family cruising.
A Flybridge, for the uninitiated, is a style of motor yacht built with an additional open‑air upper deck, the titular flybridge, mounted above the main cabin roof. That extra level changes the whole experience of being on board. Think of it as a rooftop terrace combined with a second driving position.
For BOOT Düsseldorf, the yacht is presented in the Ocean version of Galeon’s Mediterranean interior style, developed in collaboration with Insitu & Partners. It’s a look that favours muted tones, natural materials and living aboard, not just at anchor.
Exterior lines are clean, with extensive glazing that lightens the profile and floods the interior with daylight. The flybridge, the social heart of a yacht this size, is laid out with copious seating, practical helm positioning and glass-panelled railings.
Galeon’s Beach Mode makes an appearance too. At anchor, the cockpit can be expanded via opening balconies, increasing usable deck space and creating a closer connection to the water, ideal for an afternoon swim, paddleboard or sundowner with friends.
The bathing platform is sized for swimming, water sports and tender handling.
Inside, the main deck unfolds as a single, open-plan living area. Salon, dining space and galley flow into one another, illuminated by large windows.
Below deck, accommodation is arranged for up to six guests. A full-beam master cabin takes pride of place, joined by a forward VIP and an additional guest cabin, served by two bathrooms. Headroom, storage and lighting have all been prioritised, says the ship builder.
With a maximum speed of up to 31 knots and power options reaching twin Volvo Penta D13-900 engines, the boat offers performance to match its cruising ambitions, while remaining accessible to those stepping up into this size category.
Buyers can also specify from a wide range of finishes and materials, allowing further personalisation.
BOOT Düsseldorf runs January 17 -25, at the Messe Düsseldorf.
