Powered by planar magnetic technology developed by Rinaro, the Isodynamic Hybrid Array driver in the LIRIC 2nd Gen has been re-engineered to deliver an audio experience in-line with its larger counterparts found in its Empyrean and Elite models.

These drivers are meticulously hand-assembled and tested in Rinaro’s specialist workshops in Ukraine.

Adding additional smoothness to their sound profile is the addition of a QWRM (Quarter Wavelength Resonator Mask) metal plate, strategically covering select openings in the driver frame, attenuates high-frequency peaks above 7kHz.

With sustainability in mind, the earpads detach for easy repair or replacement; this modular design also extends to the cables.

The LIRIC 2nd Gen cans ship with a premium hand-braided copper cable as standard, featuring a 4.4mm design ideal for portable players and headphone amps. A 3m TPE cable is included for immersive home listening.

The Meze Audio LIRIC 2nd Generation headphones are available now here, priced at £1,850 ($2000/€2000).
