Italian luxury car icon Maserati, in collaboration with brand ambassador David Beckham, has unveiled the first models in its Fuoriserie Essentials Collection, supercars styled by friends of the titular Trident.
Beckham has designed his Fuoriserie DB Essentials contribution with two configurations that take inspiration from Maserati classics, and apparently his own wardrobe. Both configurations can now be requested on the MC20 super sports car, as well as the SUV Grecale.

In homage to the 1967 Maserati Ghibli coupé, Beckham has selected a ‘Night Interaction’ blue for the exteriors of his first DB Essentials, blending it with a tan shade for the leather interiors.
For his second configuration, David pays tribute to the 1986 Maserati Quattroporte Royale, with an exterior paint of a dark green ‘Verde Royale’ complemented by brown leather upholstery. Both look gorgeous, but we’d probably opt for the former at a push.
An exclusive metal plate celebrating the collaboration between Maserati and Beckham is applied to the central tunnel between the front seats or between the two headrests.
“Fuoriserie means “custom-built” in Italian, and our Trident customisation program is conceived to create singular experiences for our clients,” says Klaus Busse, Head of Design of Maserati.
“Our wish here is for them to express their personality and passion by creating their very own Maserati. Just like David, everyone can choose from a wide range of personalisation features from our Fuoriserie Corse collection, inspired by Maserati’s glorious racing heritage, and from our Fuoriserie Futura collection, dedicated to lovers of technology and new materials.”
