Legendary American instrument brand Gibson, has partnered with luxury leather goods brand Lifton, for a range of vintage-style bags and accessories.

Lifton has been crafting leather music instrument cases, travel accessories and luxury leather goods since 1918.

The company began as a manufacturer of instrument cases, before moving into premium fashion goods. It last made Gibson guitar cases over fifty years ago.

This new line of premium bags typify Lifton’s hard-wearing craftsmanship, and we love the combination of vintage style and hard-rockin’ Gibson branding.

Inspired by the Lifton 5-latch cases used by the guitar maker during the 1950s, the inaugural USA-made range comprises a handcrafted, brown leather knapsack, priced at $399, and a matching $799 duffle bag, with adjustable shoulder strap. Both feature a brown full-grain leather exterior with stylish pink interior.

The matching hardshell guitar case is designed to fit Gibson SJ-200 models and sports a C-shaped handle, locking latch and accessory compartment with ribbon pull tab. To complete the set, there’s a Gibson branded leather wallet, priced $179.
