If there’s one joy we’re long overdue, it’s the bright lights of the city. And now, an all-new hotel opening is bringing the sparkle back to London’s nightlife – and then some.
The just-opened NYX Hotel London Holborn is bringing a new buzz to London’s midtown, which is apparently what we’re now calling the increasingly vibrant area around Holborn, Bloomsbury and Noho.
The new destination hotel is named after the Greek goddess of the night, and, with the culture of the city at the heart of its ethos, it promises guests an experience ‘unlike any other’.
NYX Hotel London Holborn is an upscale new nightlife destination in the heart of Holborn
Expect an atmosphere as fizzing as its cocktails, and as electric as the neon signs which adorn this sultry-lit hotel’s walls.
Evenings will see DJs hitting the decks until 3am on weekends, as well as a carefully curated range of engaging events, meaning no two nights are ever the same.
Meanwhile, an impressive drinks menu including a library of 20 different tequilas, curated local beers and signatures serves like the Apple Slice Sour (made with Wild Turkey 101 bourbon, lemon juice, Monin apple pie syrup and egg white) present a bar line up well-stocked enough to keep locals and luxe trippers returning.
At dusk, DJs will hit the decks at NYX Holborn
Relaxed luxury is the vibe when it comes to the NYX’s ultra-modern rooms and suites, from cosy Little Star bedrooms perfect for two, to spacious Super Star suites – dubbed the ‘Crash Pads’ – ideal for the ultimate sleepover with two kings size beds and a small lounge-style area.
Ultimate after party location? We think so.
NYX Hotel London Holborn is adorned with artworks curated by Art Loves
Huge, playful abstract and neon artworks, curated in partnership with Art Loves, line the interiors of the hotel, while the art on the exterior of the building is even more bold: Renowned street artist Dan Kitchener has covered the façade of the building with a colourful and eye-catching display that is part mural, part graffiti and totally Insta-worthy.
And if you’re headed to London for a unique staycation, the NYX Hotel ‘City Lovers’ team has even created a black book of London’s hidden gems, from stores to secret gardens and everything in between, including access to some of the capital’s best cultural events, making it a great base to discover the city from – while its dusk-onwards nightlife makes it even better to return to at night.
