Fashionistas are being offered a rare and exclusive opportunity to travel to Paris and have their own haute couture garment created for them by one of the world’s leading fashion houses, as part of an exclusive fashion travel experience.
The service, from bespoke travel specialists Ariodante Travel, will enable guests to breathe the rarefied air of high fashion. With a miniscule client base of approximately 4,000 devotees worldwide, the haute couture circle typically requires an invitation to enter. Designed exclusively for runways and art exhibitions, haute couture is rarely made to be sold; the time, effort and rare materials used to make a single piece means they are often described as having no price tag.
Using an ‘unrivalled book of contacts’, which includes Luis Vuitton, Hermes, Givenchy, Chanel and Dior, Ariodante Travel will arrange exclusive access to haute couture’s leading ateliers, and secure tickets to an exclusive star-studded event – it cites the Cannes Film Festival as an example.
Guests embarking on Ariodante’s experience will travel to Paris by private jet, from a departing airport of their choice, and will meet with the head atelier of their favourite brand.
