If you’ve watched as much Below Deck as us recently (it’s a feat, but achievable with some dedication), you’ll have been dreaming of a luxury life on the ocean waves.
But while the popular reality TV show takes you behind the scenes of an uber-luxe charter yacht from the point of view of its crew, we’re still very much keen to stay wined and dined on the passenger side.

Opulent charter yachts, though, are reserved for the sea-loving super rich; chartering a superyacht could cost north of $150,000 a week.
But now, luxury sailing specialists Dream Yacht Charter have made the experience surprisingly affordable – offering by-the-cabin cruises. Instead of hiring the entire charter, you book a cabin, with private ensuite, including all meals and drinks… for a fraction of the price.
The company currently offers cabin charters in 18 destinations around the world, and has just launched two new by the cabin routes in Croatia and Italy, available from May 2021. Prices start at £1,341 per person, based on two adults sharing.

The new Capri Dream 8-day charter will depart from the company’s base in Naples, and guests will discover the best of Italy from the water’s edge with a carefully curated cruise of the Amalfi coast and Phelgraean Islands. Moorings at Procida, Ischia, Capri and Li Galli islands are included, along with Positano, Sorrento and Ravello.

In addition, the new Croatia Dream 8-day charter will set sail from Dubrovnik and will give guests the opportunity to discover the beautiful Adriatic coastline, visiting popular locations including Zaton, Lopud, Mljet, Korcula, Peljesac vineyards, Marculeti and Ston, as well as Dubrovnik.
Those that choose to indulge in these luxury tours of the Mediterranean will be sailing on a plush Lagoon 620 catamaran, while Dream’s experienced crew take care of the sailing and high end meals along the way.
Prices for both cruises start from £1,341 per person, based on two adults sharing a cabin, with private ensuite, including all meals and drinks with meals. International flights and transfers are not included. For more information visit DreamYachtCharter.co.uk.
