Powered by Virgin Media gigabit broadband, the high profile space features cutting edge consoles and exclusive areas for live streaming and local multiplayer gaming with friends.
The installation features a wealth of advanced gaming tech, including Ultra Wide curved desktop monitors, Elgato Facecams, Elgato Key Lights, and Xbox Series X consoles. A live streaming studio, with professional-level facilities, can also be booked.

Visitors will have the opportunity to play blockbuster titles including Destiny 2, before they launch, and it will sponsor the annual EGX gaming expo. Virgin Media O2 is planning to partner with publishers to provide a unique new platform for AAA game launches, kicking off with WWE 2K23. The space is fully step-free and is wheelchair-friendly throughout.

The Gamepad consists of three very specific areas: The Playground, The Cave and The Stage. The Playground has 16 gaming pods and is equipped with Xbox Series X consoles, running Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
The Cave is an exclusive VIP gaming lounge for Virgin Media broadband and O2 customers. A squad with up to three friends and can be booked via the Priority app from July 2.
Finally, the Stage is a state-of-the-art streaming studio equipped with industry-leading technology and will house the very best gaming talent who, in partnership with Outside Xbox, will livestream from the dedicated space once a month.
At the O2, GamePad joins interactive bars TOCA Social and Boom Battle Bar, London’s largest Cineworld cinema, an immersive dining experience Mamma Mia! The Party, and over 30 bars and restaurants.
Virgin Media Gamepad is open every day of the week from 12pm to 8pm. The Playground can be accessed by all for at least 20 minutes at a time. Priority members can pre-book, or pending on availability, turn up for a 60-minute slot in The Cave.
