The worlds of theatre, gastronomy and robotics are colliding at an all new immersive dining experience being staged at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza – and for the first time, this novel fine dining experience features a ‘Cyber-Chef’ able to interact with guests.
Six seasons in, chef Paco Roncero, who has two Michelin stars, and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory, have returned to Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, in Playa d’en Bossa, to present Sublimotion Limited Edition, a theatrical fine-dining experience that runs until September 30.
Building on previous iterations of the dining show, this new edition ‘represents a further step in Sublimotion’s own innovative staging, which continues to surprise its guests beyond their expectations,’ say organisers.
