We love keeping up to date on high-end kitchen decor. Interior design mags, Pinterest, home accounts on Insta – give us all of it. But while we love comparing the latest understated minimalist and ultra modern kitchens, there is one design aspect we did not predict could be the most gorgeous designer theme of all: Snoopy.
Iconic Italian appliance designers Smeg have shown us that a Snoopy kitchen is the stuff that dreams are made of.
Today, Smeg have unveiled their limited edition Snoopy fridge to celebrate Peanuts’ 70th anniversary, in an exclusive collaboration between the two long-running family brands, and in perfect synergy between the Peanuts nostalgia comic strip nostalgia and the Smeg’s retro credentials.
There are only 70 of the limited edition Snoopy x Smeg fridges worldwide
The collaboration between Smeg and Peanuts takes over the appliance brand’s famed FAB10 fridge, which is brought to life by an original Snoopy drawing in his classic pose above his doghouse, with pal Woodstock close by – a limited edition design that will only be available on a total of 70 fridges worldwide – and just 25 in the UK.
It’s so exclusive that each fridge even comes complete with a silver plaque commemorating to the unique limited-edition number of that fridge.
Smeg is no stranger to iconic pairings: the limited edition design follows previous Smeg designer collaborations with the likes of Disney, Dolce & Gabbana and Mini.
The Snoopy FAB10 fridge will be priced at £1,299 and available from Smeg’s London Store, 14 Regent Street, St James’s, SW1Y 4PH. More details at smeguk.com
