The Gibson Garage London session will feature artists playing Gibson’s handcrafted acoustics, produced in the company’s famed Bozeman, Montana, craftory. It’s an intriguing setting for City Dog, a London-based group known for their high-energy shows and raw sound.
With a debut EP released in 2024, they’ve quickly captured the attention of the UK indie scene, and have opened for headliners Buzzcocks and Bob Vylan.
Their single A Circus, released on the Small Pond label, set the stage for a standout 2024, making their November 7 performance a much-anticipated highlight.
On November 12, folk-Americana fans can enjoy the soulful tunes of Daisy Chute. Hailed for her “gorgeous” vocals (as praised by Elbow’s Guy Garvey), Chute has won over audiences internationally, from AmericanaFest UK to South Korea’s Gwangju Festival.
Known for her award-winning songwriting and collaborations, she earned a 2024 GRAMMY Award for her work on The Birdsong Project. Having recently toured with artists like Hollie Rogers and The Dunwells, her set promises to captivate with a blend of folk warmth and storytelling.
November 14 will feature This Feeling Presents: The Velvet Hands and Rosellas, two bands rooted in rock tradition. The Velvet Hands, originally from Cornwall, have become fixtures on London’s indie scene, praised by NME for their “bolshy spirit.”
Known for supporting big names like Liam Gallagher and Frank Turner, they’ll bring their signature garage-rock to the Gibson stage.
Rosellas, a Manchester-based group, blend the atmospheric sounds of shoegaze and psychedelic rock, inspired by bands like The Verve and Pink Floyd.
Their debut EP Somewhere Inbetween shot to the top of the iTunes album charts, with their recent single The Same Curse earning widespread acclaim. Expect an electrifying night of raucous rock.
On November 21, Nia Wyn, a Welsh soul singer with a deeply introspective style, takes the stage. Her songs draw from soul legends and her own life experiences, touching on mental health, identity, and youth challenges. Wyn has supported Paul Weller on tour and has appeared at festivals like Glastonbury and Latitude.
Her upcoming album A Pleasure To Have In Class, due February 2025, will explore her roots in classic soul with a modern twist, making her one of the UK’s freshest voices in soul.
Closing out the month on November 26 is Alex Hall, a multi-talented performer who embodies the spirit of innovation in music. A Glastonbury regular, Hall’s one-man band setup combines trumpet, guitar, and percussion, creating an immersive soundscape inspired by artists like The Weeknd and Creeper.
Known for bringing an edge to traditional busking, his performance will showcase both his musical and technical prowess, a fitting end to the November sessions.
