British Jewellery brand Boodles has clinched the prestigious title of British Luxury Brand of the Year at the esteemed Walpole British Luxury Awards. The glittering event, held at The Dorchester on Park Lane, serves as an annual tribute to the unparalleled creativity, design, innovation, talent, and craftsmanship that define the pinnacle of Britain’s luxury sector.

Previous winners include Belmond, Dunhill and Burberry.

Presented by Boodles ambassador Amelia Spencer, the award acknowledged the brand’s exemplary initiatives, including a captivating exhibition at the Lady Lever Gallery, along with noteworthy partnerships at the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Chelsea Flower Show.

Describing Boodles as a “house with a future shaped by its efforts in sustainable development,” the award highlighted the brand’s commitment to preserving the industry for generations to come.

The award cites Boodles’ dedication to sustainability, spotlighting initiatives like the partnership with the Cullinan Mine and the recent shift towards fully traceable Single Mine Origin Gold.

The Walpole British Luxury Awards 2023 also recognized the visionary Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, with the Visionary Award (in association with WOLF). As Müller-Ötvös prepares to step down from his role, Walpole acknowledged his extraordinary leadership during his 14-year tenure, solidifying Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as a global luxury powerhouse.

Upon joining the company in 2010, Müller-Ötvös transformed the model portfolio, expanding it to include iconic models such as Cullinan, the Black Badge series, and the groundbreaking all-electric model, Spectre. This visionary approach has elevated Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to be one of Britain’s most recognized, respected, and coveted brands.
